By creating an account, browsing job listings, or utilizing our services on toptalentrecruitment.co.uk (“the Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.

These Terms apply uniformly across our corporate operations in the United Kingdom (Headquarters: London), our Middle East regional hub (Dubai, UAE), and our Southern European hub (Athens, Greece).

Candidates agree that all information supplied in profile submissions, CV uploads, and employer correspondence is truthful, accurate, and reflects actual qualifications and legal right-to-work eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction.

Hiring organizations posting vacancies on the Platform warrant and covenant that:

• All postings represent authentic, funded, and currently active vacancies.
• Vacancies must disclose transparent salary compensation or bona fide benchmark ranges.
• No multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or commission-only roles are permitted.
• Postings must comply with the UK Equality Act 2010 and regional anti-discrimination legislation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including choosing strong passwords and safeguarding access tokens. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest candidate contact details or CV files using automated bots.
• Circumvent security controls, rate limiters, or authentication mechanisms.
• Upload files containing malicious software, viruses, or obfuscated executable binaries.
• Impersonate any person, registered business entity, or recruitment officer.

All platform interface designs, codebases, brand logos, trademarks, and proprietary database architectures are the exclusive intellectual property of Top Talent Recruitment.

Candidates and employers retain full copyright and ownership of their uploaded resumes, company logos, and job descriptions, granting Top Talent Recruitment a non-exclusive license solely to display and transmit such materials to facilitate employment matches.

While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime and perform continuous automated malware inspection via ClamAV, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Top Talent Recruitment facilitates direct recruitment connections but does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview scheduling, or candidate suitability. Hiring decisions rest solely between the prospective candidate and employer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, upload fraudulent qualifications, engage in spamming, or abuse platform APIs. Users may terminate their account at any time through their settings panel or by emailing support.

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual disputes arising hereunder are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London, United Kingdom hold non-exclusive jurisdiction.
